Early Years Pupil Premium

Early Years Pupil Premium was introduced in April 2015.  It is additional funding allocated to early years providers to help them support their most disadvantaged children. The amount of funding received is based on the number of children who are registered for free school meals or are in the care of the local authority. These children need to be 3 or 4 years old and receiving government-funded early education.

The percentage of pupils at Ashgate Nursery known to be eligible for free school meals is 33%.
